Not only does Renee have extensive customer service experience, but her passionate commitment to customer care can be described as follows:“…I have always worked by and through relationships. Bibbins, who recently celebrated her two year anniversary with AAM, has supervised the customer care department from the start of her tenure. Her daily routine includes returning phone calls and e-mails to homeowners, meeting with customers when they come into the office, handling escalated concerns, and on busy days taking calls next to her team.
With an impressive depth of knowledge of AAM managed community associations, interaction with her staff helps develop a strong team involvement, focused on first class service that produces quantifiable results for AAMs clients.Dedication to service is natural for Renee, in her spare time she volunteers with the Dobson Marching Band Parent Association, is a Girl Scout Troop Leader, Team Parent for her son’s soccer team, and is the President of the PTO at her children’s elementary school.
