Following a 20+ year honorable career in the United States Air Force, Jeff Dixon joined the Associated Asset Management (AAM) team in August of 2005 as a portfolio manager. Within a year of joining AAM, Jeff was promoted to a Trainer position and given supervisory responsibility for two new managers. In February of 2007, Jeff competed for and secured an on-site manager position for Trilogy™ at Vistancia; a Shea Homes active-adult community in Peoria, Arizona. As the Director of Community Association, Jeff managed a $7.5 million annual budget for the 2400 home community and held his position for just over eight years. In April of 2015, Jeff was again promoted to Regional Vice-President for Texas Operations. He and his wife Laura relocated San Antonio, Texas where Jeff currently oversees operations of Asset Property Management – A Division on AAM, LLC. Jeff possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and up until his move he served as an instructor and education committee member for the Arizona Association of Community Managers. Jeff was recognized as a GEM Award Finalist in 2010. He is also a member of Community Associations Institute. Jeff and his wife love to explore new places and communicate with their daughter and three grandchildren. Jeff desires to grow AAM’s Texas operations and will be dedicated to delivering total peace of mind by providing outstanding service and promoting civility.
