This year, AAM celebrates its 25th year of transforming the HOA industry. In December 1990, Laura Ziff, a former educator and real estate banking professional, founded AAM after realizing the need to “raise the bar” on integrity and customer service in the community management industry. Under her direction, AAM has continue to grow in our commitment to help associations achieve community goals that once seemed impossible. For this, our Silver Anniversary, we celebrate our history as a symbol of our strength, our longevity and our dedication to delivering total peace of mind for years to come.
