Ensuring Data Security SSAE16

We understand that when a Board chooses a management company, they are trusting them to be custodian of their money, their personal data, their neighbor's money and their neighbor's personal data. We take that trust seriously. That is why AAM invests heavily in ways to protect and secure your information, and had a third party auditor verify that protection. AAM took the initiative to further protect our communities' assets by voluntarily engaging in an SSAE 16 audit ensuring that our internal controls and accounting processes are secure and transparent. To our knowledge, we are the only management company to have successfully completed an SSAE 16 audit.
