Association websites can be one of the most important homeowner resources.  Today, an increasing number of Home Owner Association (HOA) Boards are developing community websites to share information and provide online services.  For example, association websites can communicate events, association news and be a repository for association documents.  But, a website can also allow members to do things like pay assessments, prepare architectural submittals, request maintenance, address a CC&R concern and more.
